Yes. notarydeskx will send automated email and SMS reminders 48 hours and 2 hours before your scheduled session to ensure you never miss your notary appointment.

Is it possible to reschedule or cancel?
You can modify or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the appointment via your dashboard. Any changes made after that window may not be processed online—please contact our support.

Do you offer mobile notary services?
We partner with licensed mobile notaries across Singapore. When you book through notarydeskx, you can choose to have a notary visit your preferred location at 10 Bayfront Avenue or other addresses.
