2. Services

We offer scheduling of notary appointments, document verification, and reminder notifications. To request support, please use our contact page.

Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule an appointment if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling is free of charge and subject to staff availability.

If you notify us at least 24 hours in advance via our contact page, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for refund due to administrative costs and planned staff commitment.

3. Information Products

Our digital guides and training materials are delivered electronically. Once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded, no credit or refund can be issued because of the nature of digital delivery.

4. Physical Items

We offer kits and printed materials. To ship items back, please use a carrier of your choice and send to 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956, Singapore.

Unopened items may be shipped back within 14 calendar days from when you receive them. After verification of condition, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, less any shipping fees paid by you.

If items show signs of use or do not meet the conditions for shipping back, no credit or refund will be issued.
